1. Associate registration must be completed with accurate and genuine information.

2. The Associate must provide valid personal and contact details as required by JHATAYU.

3. One mobile number shall be linked to only one Associate ID.

4. Creation of duplicate, fake, misleading or unauthorized Associate IDs is prohibited.

5. JHATAYU may verify the information and documents submitted by the Associate.

6. The Associate ID is personal to the registered Associate and must not be sold, transferred, rented or shared without written authorization from JHATAYU.

1. Where applicable, an Associate must register through a valid Referral/Sponsor ID.

2. The Associate is responsible for entering the correct Referral/Sponsor information during registration.

3. The Sponsor/Referral relationship shall be recorded in the JHATAYU system according to the applicable business rules.

4. Changes to Sponsor/Referral details after registration may be permitted only according to company policy and applicable law.

5. Associates must not create or use fake accounts for generating referral benefits.

1. JHATAYU offers products in categories including organic, natural, cosmetics and daily-needs products.

2. Associates may promote and sell JHATAYU products only through approved methods and channels.

3. Associates must provide customers with accurate product information.

4. Associates must not alter, relabel, tamper with or misrepresent JHATAYU products.

5. Associates must follow product labels, usage instructions and company-approved promotional material.

1. Associates must not make false, misleading or exaggerated claims regarding JHATAYU products.

2. Associates must not claim that a product can cure, prevent or treat a disease unless such claim is legally permitted and officially authorized.

3. Associates must not guarantee specific health, beauty or other results from the use of a product.

4. Only company-approved product information and promotional claims may be used.

1. JHATAYU operates its business through the sale and distribution of products through its approved direct-selling structure.

2. Becoming a JHATAYU Associate does not guarantee any fixed income, profit or financial return.

3. Income or incentives, where applicable, depend on eligible product sales, business activity, qualification requirements and the applicable compensation plan.

4. Associates must not represent JHATAYU as an investment, deposit, money-circulation or guaranteed-income scheme.

5. Associates must not promise guaranteed returns or fixed monthly income to prospective members.

6. Associates must not encourage any person to join solely on the promise of guaranteed financial gain.

1. Referral income, matching income, incentives, bonuses and other benefits, where applicable, shall be calculated according to the officially approved JHATAYU Compensation/Business Plan.

2. An Associate must satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements before receiving any incentive or commission.

3. Commissions and incentives are subject to applicable taxes, GST/TDS or other statutory deductions, wherever applicable.

4. Benefits may be withheld, adjusted or cancelled where transactions are found to be fraudulent, invalid, reversed or otherwise ineligible, subject to applicable law and company policy.

5. Associates should not treat projected or displayed income figures as guaranteed earnings.

1. Associates may introduce eligible persons to JHATAYU in accordance with the company's approved referral system.

2. The team structure will be maintained by the JHATAYU software according to the applicable business rules.

3. Associates must not manipulate the placement, referral or team structure.

4. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fictitious members and fraudulent registrations are prohibited.

5. Associates must not register a person without their knowledge or consent.

6. Associates must not use another person's mobile number, identity or documents for registration.

• Act honestly and professionally.

• Provide correct information to customers and prospective Associates.

• Follow JHATAYU policies and approved business procedures.

• Respect customers, Associates, Leaders and Directors.

• Maintain professional conduct while representing JHATAYU.

• Use only authorized company information and promotional materials.

• Protect confidential customer and Associate information.

• Make false income promises.

• Guarantee commissions or profits.

• Make unauthorized medical/product claims.

• Create fake or duplicate IDs.

• Manipulate the referral/team structure.

• Misuse another person's account.

• Collect unauthorized money from customers or Associates.

• Use personal bank accounts to collect company payments unless specifically authorized.

• Misrepresent themselves as a Director or authorized company representative.

• Use misleading advertisements or promotional material.

• Modify or misuse the JHATAYU logo, brand or intellectual property.

• Engage in fraudulent, illegal or unethical activities.

• Publish misleading information about JHATAYU on social media or other platforms.

1. Product purchases and other approved payments must be made through JHATAYU's authorized payment channels.

2. Associates must not collect unauthorized payments from customers or other Associates.

3. Associates must provide correct transaction information.

4. Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be handled according to applicable law and company policy.

5. Associates should retain invoices, receipts and transaction records.

1. JHATAYU may require KYC documents and other information for identity verification, account activation, payments, commission processing or legal compliance.

2. Associates must provide genuine and valid information.

3. Submission of forged, altered or false documents is strictly prohibited.

4. Failure to complete required verification may result in restriction of certain account functions or benefits, subject to applicable law.

1. Associates are responsible for protecting their User ID, password, OTP and other account credentials.

2. Login credentials must not be shared with other persons.

3. JHATAYU staff will not normally ask an Associate to disclose their password or OTP.

4. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to JHATAYU immediately.

1. Associates must provide customers with accurate information about products, prices, applicable taxes, delivery and return policies.

2. Associates must not force customers to purchase products.

3. Associates must respect customer rights and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

4. Returns, replacements and refunds must be handled according to the applicable JHATAYU policy.

5. Associates must not interfere with legitimate customer complaints or refund requests.

1. Associates may promote JHATAYU only through company-approved methods.

2. Associates must not create misleading websites, advertisements, videos, posters or social-media content.

3. Any income-related promotional content must comply with company policy and applicable law.

4. Associates must not use unauthorized claims, images, logos or statements suggesting that they are employees or official representatives of JHATAYU unless authorized.

The JHATAYU name, logo, product images, website, mobile application, software, designs, content and other intellectual property belong to JHATAYU or its respective rights holders.

Associates may use company materials only in accordance with the authorization and guidelines provided by JHATAYU.

1. Associates may receive access to customer or team information through the JHATAYU system.

2. Such information must be kept confidential and used only for legitimate JHATAYU business purposes.

3. Associates must not sell, disclose, misuse or distribute customer/team information.

4. Personal information must be handled according to JHATAYU's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

1. A JHATAYU Associate is not automatically an employee, partner, franchisee or legal representative of JHATAYU merely by becoming an Associate.

2. Associates are responsible for conducting their activities in accordance with the applicable business structure and company policies.

3. Associates must not represent themselves as having authority to legally bind JHATAYU unless specifically authorized.

Unless specifically stated otherwise by JHATAYU, Associates are responsible for their own legitimate business expenses, communication expenses, travel expenses, promotional expenses and applicable statutory obligations.

Associates must not incur liabilities or make commitments on behalf of JHATAYU without authorization.

• Engages in fraud or manipulation.

• Provides false information.

• Creates duplicate/fake accounts.

• Makes unauthorized income or product claims.

• Misuses customer/team information.

• Misuses the JHATAYU brand.

• Violates applicable laws or company policies.

Any eligible commission, refund, adjustment or settlement will be handled according to the applicable company policy and law.

Product returns, cancellations, refunds and any applicable Associate buyback arrangements shall be governed by JHATAYU's separate Return, Refund & Buyback Policy.

Associates must comply with the applicable procedures and time limits.

Such changes will be communicated through appropriate official channels and will be subject to applicable law.

The Associate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to direct selling, consumer protection, taxation, advertising, data protection, product sales and other applicable business activities.
